We offer a 7-day return policy from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact. To start a return, email us at thelifeshop.in@gmail.com.

4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use it to track your order on the courier’s website.

5. Are your products genuine and high quality?
Absolutely. Every product is carefully selected for quality, durability, and everyday usefulness. We only sell what we believe in.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?

Currently, we only ship within India.

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping or messaging, but many of our products make great gifts! You can ship directly to a loved one’s address during checkout.

13. What happens if my item is damaged or incorrect?
We’re here to help. Please email us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders faster. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
